3. Slide the optical drive (2) to the left to disconnect it from the system board.

4. Remove the optical drive.

5. If it is necessary to replace the optical drive bracket, remove the PM2.0×4.0 screws (1) that

secure the optical drive bracket to the optical drive.

6. Remove the optical drive bracket (2).

Reverse this procedure to install the optical drive.

NOTE: The top cover spare part kit includes the fingerprint reader board and bracket and the

TouchPad and cable.
