If none of these files exist when you attempt to perform a new installation,
unattended installation ends with an error.

When you perform a new installation of HDLM, or when you perform an upgrade
installation while the license is expired, prepare the license key or the license key
file.
[DISK_DEFAULT_SETTINGS] section
This section defines operation information for the HDLM default settings modification
utility (
dlmchpdattr). This section can be omitted. If the section name is omitted, or
the section contains no defined keys, the
dlmchpdattr utility cannot be used to
specify settings.

dlmchpdattr utility, see 7.3 dlmchpdattr Utility for Changing
HDLM Default Settings.
