Vo l u m e M a n a g e r A S M • ASM is bundled with Oracle
RAC 10g.
• ASM is used as the disk
memory area for files and
recovery files of the Oracle
database. In Oracle RAC 10g,
HDLM devices can be used
following the same
procedures as for disk devices.
For details on how to install
ASM, refer to the
documentation for Oracle
RAC 10g.
