Printer Info

This option displays a screen with the following information:

◆ Printer Model

- model name of the printer.

◆ Software Version

- version number of the software installed

on the printer.

◆ Company

- company ID, used for OEM versions of the

printer.

◆ Humidity

- relative humidity as detected by the printer’s

humidity sensor.

◆ Total RAM

- amount of memory (RAM) installed in the

printer.

◆ Takeup Motor Status

- present or not present.

◆ Drying Fans -

present or not present.

◆ Ethernet ID

- the printer’s Ethernet address.

◆ Link -

connection speed and connection status (up or

down).

Field Service

These functions are for use by authorized service providers.
