Installing SFPs

The HSV300-S controller uses Small Form Factor Pluggable (SFPs) transceiver modules on the FC ports.

Four SFPs are factory installed in the HSV300-S, but you will need to install additional SFPs if you

plan to use more than four switch ports. If you purchased extra SFPs, install them now, following the

instructions shipped with the SFPs.

NOTE:

The HSV300-S requires 4 Gb or higher SFPs.
