• Add a new iSCSI connection to the profile:

vcemcli -add iscsi-connection –profilename MyNewProfile –Network

• Add a new iSCSI connection and leave it unassigned:

vcemcli -add iscsi-connection –profilename MyNewProfile

• Add a new iSCSI network connection and set the speed to Preferred:

vcemcli -add iscsi-connection –profilename MyProfile –network

MyNetwork –speedtype Preferred

• Add a new iSCSI network connection and set the speed to 2Gb:

vcemcli -add iscsi-connection –profilename MyProfile –network

Remarks

The job status for the jobid can be obtained by executing VCEMCLI with the –show job command

and providing the associated job ID. For more information see “show job” (page 61).

The VC Domain must contain at least one VC module supporting iSCSI in the interconnect bays in

order to create an iSCSI connection.
